ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • A 2.5 cumulative college GPA
  • Receiving the DCF Foster Care Waiver or Homelessness Fee Exemption Waiver
  • Completed 12 college credits (or equivalent for technical school)
  • Enrolled or enrolling in at least 9 credits during the Fall and Spring semesters (or equivalent for technical school).
  • Students 18-26 expecting to graduate with a post-secondary degree prior to age 28

APPLICATION IS NOW OPEN

The application for Fall 2026 entry is currently open and will remain open until March 20th at 5PM (EST).

You will also be able to use this account to submit the required documents for your application (transcript and waiver verification).
