Eligibility Requirements

• A 2.5 cumulative college GPA
• Receiving the DCF Foster Care Waiver or Homelessness Fee Exemption Waiver
• Completed 12 college credits (or equivalent for technical school)
• Students 18-26 expecting to graduate with a post-secondary degree prior to age 28

*We also accept students attending vocational or technical programs on a case-by-case basis, who are receiving of one of the above listed waivers.

APPLICATION WILL OPEN SOON

The application for the Fall 2025 semester will open on Monday, March 3rd at 9:00am (EST) and will remain open until Friday, March 21st at 5:00pm (EST).

Once the application is open, part of the process will require you to upload several documents, including your most recent transcript and a verification of tuition waiver.
